Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Boxscore9 iOS app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

License

The App is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of the App unless superseded by a custom license agreement in the future. No custom license terms apply beyond Apple's standard EULA at this time.

Purchases

The App is free to download. It offers one optional in-app purchase, a one-time non-consumable "Pro" unlock, which removes ads. This purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's own refund policies — Boxscore9 cannot issue refunds directly. See Apple's guide to requesting a refund.

Your data

All scorecard, team, and player data you create in the App is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device (for example, via iCloud or iTunes/Finder backup) if you want to preserve this data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
